New Corporate divisions for Firefighters and Police
All Teams
You can create teams for your organization.
Team guidelines.
All team members must work for corporation/organization.
Part time employees are also allowed to run for a corporate team.
Consultants can run with corporate teams if they are currently working 20 hours or more.
Team Captains or leaders need to register team and receive approval before teams members can sign-up.
Team Captains/leaders will receive a confirmation that your team creation request is approved within 24 hours.
Instruct your fellow team members to:
1. Go to www.cvsdowntown5k.com
2. Select "Register Online"
3. Select "Team Member"
4. Enter the username/password that your captain/leader created for your team.
Keep you userid and password simple. Consider your email for a userid and then a simple
password with no special characters.
5. Complete the team member form.
It's that easy.
Corporate Teams Payment
Most corporations pay the entry fee for their employees to participate in the CVS/pharmacy Downtown.
Contact your personnel/human resources department to see if your company will support a team in your company.
Once your company approves your request, communicate with all employees in your company via email.
In your company wide email, simply instruct your co-workers to follow the 5 steps outlined above.
Your corporation will be billed by the Downtown 5K after the race.
We understand that it can be a challange to get a check prepared before the race so this policy
will allow team leaders to focus on recruiting tunners.
