COSTUME CONTEST RULES

1. Your high school team must be registered for the High School Inspirational 3K.  All team members must wear their race number to be eligible for the contest.
2. Check in with us at the Statehouse steps between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and have your school team photo taken to be judged.  All teams will receive one photo as a keepsake.  In addition, each participant will receive a complimentary stopwatch!
3. Your team must wear their costumes while participating in the 3K.
4. The judges will select a high school team with the best school spirit to be awarded new track uniforms (value of up to $750) (“the Prize”). 
5. The winning team will be announced prior to the start of the 3K race.  
6. An authorized representative of the winning school team must visit the Tufts Health Plan table after concluding the 3K race to accept the team Prize.
7. An authorized representative of the winning school team will be required to sign a release agreement as a condition of being awarded the Prize and must return an original to Tufts Health Plan within 7 days.  Failure to return the release agreement in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Decisions of judges are final in all matters pertaining to the costume contest. Judges reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time without prior notice. Tufts Health Plan at its sole discretion shall name any and all judges.
