Schools

Awards will be given to the top five finishers in each age category. A short-sleeved t-shirt will be given to all Youth Race participants. All youth runners who complete their race will be awarded a medallion at the finish.

Middle schools are encouraged to enter school teams.
Schools that finish 25 or more runners will qualified to win one of ten $500 raffle prizes. Boys and girls can be combined to reach the 25-count requirement. The entry fee will be waived for all school team members. To enter a school team register a captain by selecting the "Captains" tab option above. Create your team and then you will be able to register your school athletes online.

Note: The "All Kids Can" 200M Run/Walk is an inspiration event. All finishers receive t-shirts and medals.
Children who run in the 5k race pay the full 5k fee. The race committee encourages all children to participate in the Youth Races.
The Downtown 5k Race Committee would like to assist any children who cannot afford to participate in the Youth Races by waiving their entry fee. This will be done on the honor system when the entry form is submitted.
There will be no charge for youth runners who are registered as part of a school team.
